Cut Off Time
The cut off time for orders Is 5:30pm.
Unfortunately we will not be able to process orders after 5:30 pm and the order will not be placed until the next working day.
We are Not! open on weekends and all bank holidays. Any orders made during this time will not be processed or shipped during these times.
All orders made on site are subject to fraud checks, if for what ever reason your payment is not successful, your order will not be made for dispatch until the payment issue has been resolved.
Occasionally we may require more information about the customer before we ship any of our products. We reserve the right right to hold orders up to to 72 hours depending on the situation before a refund is made and we are not liable if your oder has bee head for whatever reason
The cut of time for ordering syrups is 4pm due to packing times, we do our very best to ensure the safety of your goods during transit, if ordering multiple bottles of syrups please ensure that the oder is made well before 4pm do we can process the oder that day.
Syrup orders are also subjected to occasional customer checks
Age Verified Delivery
How does Age Verification Delivery Work?
We operate a age verified service with our delivery partners DPD, What this service does is let the courier driver and company know that they are delivering age restricted goods.
Upon arrival the driver will check that person receiving the goods appears to be over 25, which will result in no ID needed to be presented
Or the driver has taken it upon themselves to ID the customer if they look under age.
The customer will then need to show proof of age such as drivers license or passport.
If the customer is unable to provide ID the the goods will be treasured back to us
The parcel does not have to be signed for by the intended recipient. But must be delivered to someone over the age of 18
DPD adopts the following:
We will adopt the Challenge 25 approach to conduct Age Verification checks whenever we delivery such items: and
We will always check ID (passport or driving license) for anyone who we feel is under 25 years of age.
Next Working Day Delivery
All orders will need to be made before 5:30pm Next Working Day Delivery.
Attempted delivery times are between 7am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
Weekends are not included.
British Bank Holidays are not included.
Unfortunately couriers will not taking any orders for deliveries on these days.
We always do our very best and upmost to make sure that the delivery will be attempted the Next Working Day
If for whatever reason the order fails delivery on the Next Working Day, please contact us so that we open an investigation into the lost of the package.
We will be using one of the following couriers: UPS, ParcelForce and DPD.
In order for us to process your oder for Saturday delivery the order must be made before 5:30pm Friday.
Delivery will be attempted at anytime during the Saturday.
We will do our very best as always to make sure your package arrives on Saturday, understandably we can not be held responsible if any issues occur during delivery, like the transit van breaking down or a natural disaster.
If the package fails to deliver on Saturday, we will be unable to assist you as we are closed on the weekends. Please contact the courier as they may allow you to pick it up on the Saturday
If the courier fails to attempt delivery on Saturday, please contact the courier directly as we are not open over the weekend and they may allow you to pick up the parcel on the Saturday if the order is urgently needed.
As with Next Day Delivery if your package does not arrive please let us know so that we may open an investigation
The couriers we use will be one of the following: UK Mail, ParcelForce and DPD.
UPS not available on Saturday delivery.
Please be aware that Next Working Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery is for UK Mainland only. Any orders placed for delivery outside of UK Mainland will increase the delivery time. Please contact us directly if you would like a delivery cost quote for outside of UK Mainland.
It is against our company policy to dispatch cream chargers orders to any university address, we will automatically cancel your order and block you from the website if you provide a university accommodation as your shipping address.
If your are experiencing any kind of delivery problems we are NOT! Who you need to call - you must get in touch with the courier.
One the oder has been processed and dispatched you will get a an email with update to date tracking info
If no one is home at the time the courier will leave a card with local depot pick up details, if you do not contact the courier or depot within 5 days the item will be deemed as refused and you r could be charged up to £19.95 for the item return.

Information on Delivery
If you are having any problem with your delivery please ensure that you contact the courier before you contact us, onece the order has been processed we are totally unable to make any amendments to your. Oder
Always make sure that you have your order tracking number and postcode to help assist with tracking your oder.
You the customer is responsible for being available of your delivery, we will not be liable for delivery cost if you are not available for delivery.
Can can not accept liability If a delivery has been successfully completed but you was not the one who collected.
We do not deliver to individuals we only deliver to addresses, if you request for the good to be left somewhere safe and it is not there we or courier are no liable for theft.
If the consignment is logged as being delivered but is not there, we can only assume it has been stolen, and it will be up to you to contact the police.
We will assist you in anyway that we can
If no body is home in most cases the courier will leave a card with details as to how to obtain your parcel. It is imperative that you contact the courier within 5 DAYS otherwise delivery will be assumed as refused and you could will be. Chargered 19:95 for the item being returned to us.
Details of how to pick up your package will be on the card left by the courier
If the courier is unable to find the delivery address the courier service will hold the item at the depot for up to 5 day.
If you want to rearrange delivery it is your responsibility to contact courier service again if you do not collect your items and they are returned to us you will have to pay the £19.95 fee for returns.
There is a fee of £7.50 if you need to change the delivery address after dispatch.
If your package appears to be damaged please do not accept the delivery.
Always make sure that your phone number is valid in case we need to contact you regarding delivery
If you need your order urgently and happen to order after 3pm, we may be able to prioritise your delivery just give us a call and we wo do the very best we can.
Delivery Guide – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
When ordering from our site we will require as much address details as possible
Any incorrect address are subject to paying an extra fee of £9.95 to have a new address added and this can actually delay the delivery for up to 48 hours.
You must have someone (that can be anyone) available to sign for your package at the address provided, delivery times are between 7am - 6-30pm (for standard and Next Day Delivery Service)
If your know your not available during these hours we wound strongly recommend delivering to an address where someone will be available to sign for your package.
We will always require a signature as proof of delivery you CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION if you choose to have your goods ‘left safe’ so we recommend you do NOT request for your items to be left safe
